12 Stones Healthcare is dedicated to providing compassionate, tailor-made care to people with disability, enabling them to live an "ordinary life" with a better experience in care coordination and support. We strive to be holistic and inclusive, ensuring every individual's needs are met with dignity and respect.

Having first-hand experience with NDIS supports, our founder and CEO deeply understands the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and the National Disability Insurance Agency Corporate Plan. It is our mission to understand and meet the needs and feelings of those living in our communities, their families, and each other.
